One. Of the best things, I’ve done for myself! I needed a total reset of the 2B Mindset! We enjoyed a beautiful morning of yoga, by the ocean. Amazing meals, prepared for us. Great group conversations that facilitated thoughtful interactions amongst us all. Allison Zimmer Harrell, was an amazing addition to our retreat. Her nutritional experience was a true asset to the retreat. I look forward to following up with Allison in the future! Amazing experience! Thank you so much!

What a great workshop, the location was beautiful & the food was fantastic. I enjoyed the small group atmosphere which gave us more personal access to Ilana. I would definitely attend another workshop because it reinforced the motivation to continue with the 2B Mindset program.
