Take a gentle approach to cleansing and renewal in 2026! Nourish & Renew in 2026 offers a weekend of learning, healthy food, movement, and relaxation to help you feel lighter, clearer, and more connected to your well-being. If you're feeling tired, sluggish, or sore...if you have aches and pains that seem to have no cause...if you're not sleeping well and have done all the right things....your body might be bogged down with toxins. During this nurturing weekend, we'll learn where the most common toxins are found as well as many overlooked toxins, and simple strategies to avoid them during our everyday activities.
We will be staying in a historic home in Osceola, Wisconsin, nestled in the lush St. Croix Valley. The home was beautifully custom-built with numerous cushy bedrooms and areas for rest and relaxation. Intricate mosaic tile art, created by the owner himself, fill the home. The 100-acre wooded property boasts miles of hiking trails, a private lake with a resident pair of bald eagles just outside the door!
Our menu will be custom curated by a private chef, full of nutritious meals prepared with detox-supportive foods. Expect a full balance of color and flavor, and discover how some tasty ingredients can be powerfully therapeutic. Don't forget the drinks....beverages can be a quick way to keep your detox systems in balance!
We'll learn how our devices, sleep habits, homegoods and foods can actually put more strain on our bodies than we realize. While sipping tea and wearing our favorite comfy clothes, we'll learn the many processes happening in our bodies every day which naturally rid us of chemicals, keeping us clean, energized and healthy. Most importantly, we'll discuss how we can best support these processes with simple practices for lasting wellness.
Plush accommodations are a mix of private and shared rooms along with private and shared bathrooms (click "see more images" in header image at the top of this page). The grand Orange Lotus room is on the main level with a king bed and private bath, while the rest of the rooms are on the 2nd floor and have shared baths. The Yellow Lotus and Blue Lotus rooms each have two beds. These rooms only require one deposit to reserve a bed, but please understand that the room remains open for booking until both beds have been reserved. There is also an option to book the Blue Lotus for three people as this room has a double and a queen bed. The Green Lotus room also has a king bed while the Purple Lotus and Red Lotus have queen beds. To reserve a room for yourself and friend or family member, multiple deposits are required at the time of booking the room.
Enjoy multiple yoga classes designed with detoxing in mind, in two private yoga studios. We'll also have sound healing, guided meditations, and restorative practices with a little massage thrown in to support our mental detox process. There's hiking and snowshoeing right outside the door. We'll have plenty of time for relaxation - there's a hot tub under the stars and a sauna just steps away!
Learn how to bring everything home — how to reduce toxin exposure in your kitchen, home, and personal care products, and how to plan nourishing meals that keep your detox systems thriving. Each participant will leave with an understanding of which toxins might be impacting themselves and their family, easy recipes to keep on hand, and surprisingly simple protocols that are easy to implement and stick with! Expect to feel rested & energized, connected & grounded, and rejuvenated in mind & body.
