This was an excellent experience! Trisha offered a great balance between our yoga sessions and tour events. I am also a very beginner at yoga. I learned a lot from her, she was patient and so knowledgeable! Her teaching style is excellent! I came to respect and enjoy yoga more than when I started. We were a very diverse group and Trisha responded to all of us individually yet kept the group together! Food and accommodations were awesome! Grateful for this experience!

Thank you so very much for making my Costa Rica experience so wonderful. The yoga felt great and I learned a lot. I loved every experience and excursion. I realize these things don’t just happen. It took a great deal of planning and organization on Trisha’s part. Please know that your efforts were worth while and appreciated! I’m looking forward to our next adventure together.
