What are the payment, refund and cancellation policies?

• All fees are in EUR currency
• Pricing Tiers. All fees are on set on a tiered pricing structure with Tier One, the Early Bird offer expiring March 1/24, Tier 2 expiring May 31/24, and Tier 3 expiring August 10/24. Offers are subject to change without notice on non-purchased items. 
• Payment Plans are available for a limited time. Book before Jan. 31/24 to secure your spot with a 500 EUR non-refundable/non-transferable “Deposit”. After January 31/24, “Deposit” amount increases monthly. Payment schedules will appear upon accommodation selection.
  • Should you cancel your payment plan after April 1, 2024 you will be responsible for paying the remainder of the retreat fees in full.
  • Failure to pay on time will result in the forfeiture of your fees and spot on the retreat unless flexibility is granted by retreat organisers ahead of time.
• Purchases paid in full remain subject to a non-refundable and non-transferable “Deposit”. 50% of fees, with Deposit, are non-refundable as of April 28/24; 100% of fees are non-refundable as of May 1/24. Special pricing and offers are 100% non-refundable and non-transferrable. 
• Bookings after August 10, 2024 may be subject to an additional resort administration/logistics fee
• If booking as an individual for shared accommodation, we will do our best to pair you with a roommate. However, if a roommate cannot be found, you will be required to upgrade for an additional fee. 
• In the event of a natural disaster, travel ban or political unrest resulting in the suspension or cancellation of the retreat, fees will not be refundable. Travel insurance is recommended.
