Your $500 non-refundable and non-transferable deposit secures your booking. Retreat fees can be paid in full upfront or through an installment plan. Please note:
If you pay in full upfront, only the $500 deposit is non-refundable at the time of payment. The remaining amount becomes incrementally non-refundable and non-transferable according to the following installment schedule:
March 22, 2026: 25% of booking fees become non-refundable
May 22, 2026: 50% of booking fees become non-refundable
July 22, 2026: 75% of booking fees become non-refundable
September 22, 2026: 100% of booking fees become non-refundable
If you opt for the instalment plan, fees become non-refundable and non-transferable as per the same schedule above.
In the Event of Cancellation by the Venue or Organizers:
If the retreat is canceled due to an Act of God or other circumstances beyond the Organizers' or Venue's control, the Organizers will make every effort to refund recoverable fees to guests. However, the Organizers cannot be held responsible for expenses incurred in preparation for the retreat, including but not limited to travel costs, loss of work, or other associated expenses.
In the Event of Travel or Gathering Restrictions:
If travel or gathering restrictions (e.g., due to COVID-19 or other national/global restrictions) impact the retreat dates, the Organizers will make every effort to reschedule the retreat without penalty. No refunds will be issued in such cases. Guests will be responsible for any additional costs incurred to accommodate the new dates. The Organizers reserve the right to determine the timeframe for rescheduling based on the evolving nature of restrictions.
Additional Costs for Guests:
The Organizers are not responsible for any individual participant’s refunds or additional expenses incurred due to rescheduling or changes to the retreat dates.
All participants will be required to complete and sign a liability waiver prior to attending the retreat. Participation is contingent upon receipt of the signed waiver.
