 Today you will get checked into the hotel. Take some time to rest and refresh. 

Join us today for the Afrofuture x BHC Community Health Fair. One of our favorite events of the year where we can give back to very deserving communities.

Later in the evening we'll prepare for a welcome mixer featuring local cuisine, drinks, and music.  

 We will begin with a city tour of Accra featuring Independence Square, Kwame Nkrumah Museum and more! Also enjoy some shopping at Accra's largest Arts and Craft Market! From local paintings, to handmade jewelry the market is the place to be for all your shopping needs. 

In the evening put on your African best and head out to Afrofuture day 1 

 Today we will visit the infamous Accra Arts centre where you’ll have a chance to do all your souvenir and art shopping. We will also have the opportunity to partake in a local drumming session.

 Today we will travel to one of Ghana's hidden gems and explore one of their amazing waterfalls. 

 Today we journey to the central region where we will visit one of the infamous Transatlantic Slave Castles followed by a city tour of the cape coast. A guide will take us through the castles where our ancestors were kept.  

We will return to the hotel to prepare for a night of fun and festivities at the PVO X AfroFuture NYE party 

After a long night or should we say morning of partying, take today to rest and refresh! 

We will have optional activities that can be added at a later date a la carte before your final departure home. Or you can extend and stay another night in the motherland with us !

 Today we will say our final goodbyes and prepare for our final departure home.
