- Hike (15 minutes) to the beautiful waterfalls of Pozo Azul, where we can swim and relax.
- You'll have the afternoon to relax, explore the multiple trails in the reserve, and even visit the impressive Tavidá Waterfall.

- Hike to Kiki Falls, one of the tallest waterfalls in the country. You can walk behind the waterfall, swim, relax, and explore the Kiki canyons.
- Handicraft making by the indigenous Ngäbe women of the community. They will show us how they extract fiber from a leaf to hand-weave their traditional bags.

- Río Cristal Farm Tour, where will explore a coffee farm that aims to cultivate coffee in a sustainable manner while producing the finest coffee varieties.

- Canyoning River Experience Tour, where we will descend some of the most iconic waterfalls and rivers in the area via rappelling and hiking. During the rainy season, we offer White Water Rafting. (Note: If you are not into extreme adventure or have disabilities, alternative activities that are equally fun can be arranged.)
- Explore Boquete, walk through its streets, visit local shops, and relax in a café or park.

Activities
- Volcan Barú Sunrise Tour. Start the morning early with a 4x4 vehicle ride departing at 4 am to ascend to the highest point in the country: Volcán Barú. We will hike to the summit to catch the sunrise and enjoy the breathtaking views of the surrounding valleys. On a clear day, it is possible to see both the Pacific and Caribbean seas simultaneously.
