7:00 pm: Private dinner at Dobo, Selina, Boquete. Event introduction, itinerary overview, and intention-setting for the weekend.
9:00-10:30 pm: Cacao ceremony and ecstatic dance.
7:30 am: Breakfast at Selina.
8:30-9:00 am: Transport from Selina to the 3 Cascadas Trail.
9:00 am - 1:00 pm: Hike to the 3 Cascadas Trail. Guided meditation, breathwork, and nature connection included.
1:00-3:00 pm: Return transportation to Boquete. Open lunch.
3:30-4:30 pm: OVALO Lab Yoga.
4:30-6:00 pm: Ice baths.
6:30-6:45 pm: Transport to Ngadri Gastronomia Panameña.
7:00-10:00 pm: Culinary Workshop with Chef Alex Rojas, where we'll prepare authentic Panamanian cuisine using 100% natural, organic, and local ingredients. We'll conclude the dinner with live music by Panamanian artist Beto Bennett.
