Other recommendations

• Bring water (there is water on the island but you need to buy it an is a bit more expensive)
• It's preferred to bring your clothes in a dry bag or a trash bag so stuff does not get wet.
• Bring extra money for drinks and snacks. There are also some local markets where you can buy local crafts.

Panama City to San Blas

• 5:15 am - Departing from pick up location (Pick up location must be inside Panama City) 
• Usually there is a stop in a supermarket to do some groceries or to buy breakefast
• Guna Yala Border Crossing: 8:00 am 
• Customers need to show their passport and pay $20.00 for Guna-Yala Access Fee.
• Drop off at Puerto Cartí
• $2 dollar fee on puerto Carti
• Boat to Yansailadub: 9:30 am
• Check in Time: 11:00 am
• Lunch around 12:00
• Tour to another island and Natural pool in the afternoon.
• Dinner: 18:00
• Breakfast 7:00 to 8:00 am
• If is only 1 night, check out time 8:00am 
• Customers can decide to leave the island at this time or stay on the island until 15:00 (If a customer decides to stay on the island it will have an extra fee of $10 paid at the island). 
• If the customer stays an extra night the activities of the islands repeat themselves but there are no extra tours the next day.
• Breakfast 7:00 to 8:00 am
• Check out time 8:00am
• Pick up at the island to take you to the Carti Port.
• Reach Carti port and meet the drivers, get in the car to go back to the city.
• Non Stops.
• Arriving in the city at Selina Hotel or your drop off location.

 Cancelation Policy: 48 hours before tour begins for full refund. After 48 hours no refund.

Rescheduling Policy: 24 hours before tour begins, no fee. After 24 hours 50% fee. 

(there can be exceptions to this policy)

Late check out of the island has an extra fee of $10 to pay at the island. The time of the checkout must be decided the day before the checkout on the island for the transports to be coordinated for the pickup. If a change off plan is made by the customer an extra fee of $30 dollars needs to be paid to reschedule the transport. This must be paid directly to the driver.

Acknowledgment of RiskBy accepting these terms and conditions, I acknowledge the inherent dangers and risks associated with the adventure activity I've purchased, including but not limited to:Risk of injury, permanent disability, and death; damage to property; potential transport failures; exposure to elements and outdoor risks; negligence, errors, and misjudgments; encounters with animals; remote locations and limited medical facilities; fatigue, illness, and dizziness.2. Assumption of ResponsibilityI understand and accept these risks for myself and any accompanying minors. I declare that I, and the minors with me, have the physical and mental capacity to participate voluntarily. Panama Heavens reserves the right to deny admission if participants are deemed unfit for the activity.3. Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellation within 48 hours of the tour: No refunds.
• Late arrival: No refunds.
• No show: No refunds. It's the responsibility of participants to be punctual.
• If situations outside the control of Panama Heavens change the chain of events of the tour and can not be completed at its fullest Panama Heavens reserves the right to decide if a refund is possible depending on the expenses carried by the activity. 

4. Liability Release and IndemnificationParticipants release Panama Heavens from any liability, claims, or damages resulting from cancellations, late arrivals, or no shows. Participants agree to indemnify Panama Heavens in these cases.5. Full Release of LiabilityI release Panama Heavens, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and all related personnel from any liability for injury, disability, death, or property damage, whether due to negligence or not, arising from the activity. This release applies to heirs, survivors, executors, assigns, or anyone related to me.6. Legal RightsI acknowledge that I'm not relying on any oral or written representations other than those in this agreement.7. Binding AgreementThis agreement is binding to the fullest extent permitted by law, and if any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining terms will apply.8. AcknowledgmentBy paying through this payment link I acknowledge that I have read and agreed to this terms and condition.
