Available for two nights or as part of an activity package, these wild camps offer the perfect setting for groups desiring their private space. This package includes 2 nights in your own private camp + one activity. Choose from Surfing, Kayaking, Paddleboarding, Giant SUP or Coasteering. Add beach yoga for £15 per person.
The package price includes a safety deposit to be refunded at the end of the trip
Our wild camping site is located on a working dairy farm 11 miles from Newquay. A short walk from the car park, the site is nestled in a woodland and designed specifically for groups.
Upon entering the woodland, you will find pathways leading to different parts of the site. There are two camps: Top Camp and Bottom Camp. Each camp is exclusive to itself and fully set up, so you can simply arrive and settle in.
Each camp village consists of four large bell tents surrounding a covered fire pit and seating area. Next to the fire pit is a large kitchen and brick barbecue area, providing plenty of space for socialising and cooking.
Adjacent to the covered fire pit and BBQ area is a large outdoor kitchen with a large covered brick BBQ and pizza oven. A large table makes preparing meals a social event. The kitchen is fully equipped with enamel cups, plates, cutlery, BBQ tongs, and a gas cooker for tea and coffee.
From axe throwing, Giant jenga to semi dangerous balance games our woodland games are has plenty to keep your group entertained.
Our camps are wild by design but you can relax in the knowledge there are hot showers and composting toilets onsite.
You'll need to supply your own food, drink and charcoal if you plan to BBQ.
Your camp has 4 large canvas bell tents. Each tent sleeps 4 people and comes with large airbeds, sheets & blankets. Make sure you bring your own sleeping bags and pillows.
The camp is based on a working dairy farm 11 miles from Newquay. A member of the Cornish Wave team will welcome you and show you around your camp for the weekend.
The camp is a short walk from the car park, handy wheelbarrows are available to transport your belongings to your camp.
Once you're settled, the evening is yours to enjoy! A team member will be on-site at all times, but you and your group are free to settle in, and try axe throwing, and the other woodland games before sticking up the BBQ and enjoying an evening of camp living.
After a night at the camp, it's time to freshen up, venture into Newquay and get stuck into an activity.
