About your trip

Thai massage, Thai yoga massage, and Thai yoga therapy are names commonly used in the west to refer to a traditional massage modality that is native to Thailand.
A complete Thai massage incorporates a combination of acupressure and yoga-like stretchings. Thai massage is different from many western forms of massage in that there is no oil used, the therapist uses a mat on the floor (instead of a massage table), the client remains completely clothed throughout the session.
Thai massage is to promote good health. Health is not only a matter of the absence of disease but it means total well-being: physically, mentally, socially, and spiritually.

This international training promises a comprehensive and immersive experience, equipping you with the expertise to provide a rejuvenating and transformative Thai massage session tailored to individual needs.

What will you learn?

In this course, you will learn the fundamentals of Thai massage:
•History of Thai massage.
•Overview of the routine.

The Instructors:

NARAYANI:

A seasoned professional who honed her expertise in Thailand back in 2005 at Shivagokomaroaj Hospital in Chiang Mai.

Her commitment to excellence has led her back to Thailand for further studies, reinforcing her unique and extensive experience in the field, making her a distinguished expert in the realm of Thai Massage in Sayulita and in Mexico.

Narayani´s background as a yoga teacher gives her a deep understanding of our body and its anatomy as well as our mind and soul. She gives massage in a kindly and loving way .

ALINA:

Her journey started back in 2013. She discovered Thai massage in the same time she got in touch with AcroYoga. And that changed her life as it was. The playfulness, the flow of the movement, the lack of strength needed when giving. But the most important lesson was being able to receive, letting go of control and enjoy the ride.

Being a thai massage practicioner ,a dedicated acroyogi and  reiki healer for so many years she developed her own style that works for all body types and brings connection together with elevación,grounding together with flying.
