Where We Wander
A Walking & Yoga Retreat in the Welsh Hills
4th -6th September 2026
Join us for a restorative weekend of walking, yoga and time in nature in the beautiful Welsh Mountain ranges. Based at the cosy and creative surroundings of Chapel on the Green, nestled in the heart of the Black Mountains, this retreat offers a chance to slow down, reconnect with your body and breath, and experience the landscapes of the Brecon Beacons at a gentler pace.
Across the weekend we’ll enjoy two guided walks, exploring a variety of landscapes including quiet valleys, open moorland and mountain ridges. Our longer walk takes us beneath the iconic peak of Pen y Fan, following historic paths through the Glyn Tarell valley and across Mynydd Illtud Common, with wide views across the surrounding mountains.
The walks will be guided by Sarah Price of Sarah Price Hiking, a qualified and fully insured walk leader who specialises in the landscapes of the England–Wales border. Alongside the walking, the weekend will include morning yoga, meditation, nourishing meals and time to rest, creating space to reconnect with nature, body and mind.
