I had a fabulous time. Friendly, knowledgeable hosts, relaxed atmosphere in gorgeous comfortable accommodation. 5 star food, varied and enjoyable yoga, inclusive, supported swims in breathtaking locations. All in all brilliant thank you x

Fire & Ice Retreat - yoga, cold water dipping & saunas - 13th to 15th February 2026. Incredible food (sage infused butter fried eggs anyone? Nom nom!), relaxing yoga and fabulous contrast therapy (cold water dipping and saunas) in a wonderful part of Wales. Loved it! Will definitely sign up again. Matthew & Gray are such delightful hosts.
