Lead Your Life Retreats are open to women service members, veterans, retirees, and military spouses.

I’m hosting an intimate group of women at a beautiful and cozy home in uptown Sedona, AZ. Our days will be a blend of adventure, rest, free time, mindfulness and yoga practices, delicious meals, and more.

When I went on my first women’s retreat in 2021, I couldn’t believe it was the first time in my adult life I had a long weekend that was entirely for me to ENJOY. I rested, I did yoga, I journaled. I did whatever my heart desired. I laughed, cried, and healed. When I got home, I was a new wife and mother for my family, and I learned that pouring back into myself regularly is one of the greatest gifts I can give them. I knew in my heart that I was called to create an experience like this for women in the military community.
