If you do not have a lot of time in Lucerne, on this tour you will explore the most spectacular and historical places and also try the best chocolate you ever had in the oldest chocolate store in town.

This is a full-day experience where you will not only explore the famous attractions of the old town but also have a scenic roundtrip to the Queen of the mountains, Mount Rigi.

Your day will be a great adventure on a scenic boat ride on Lake Lucerne, on a spectacular cogwheel train, and on a cablecar ride followed by an easy walking tour through the city and a chocolate degustation.

Mount Rigi is one of the musts does while you are in Lucerne. During the entire roundtrip you will feel like being in a postcard with the majestic alps, the beautiful views to the alps and the 3 different ways of transportation. 

We will start with a gorgeous boat ride crossing the beautiful Lake Lucerne to a small village called Vitznau. From there we continue with a typical Swiss cogwheel train to the top of Mount Rigi. After about 40 min we reach the summit where you have a gorgeous view of Lake Lucerne and the Swiss Alps. After spending some time on the top we return with a scenic gondola ride and take our second boat ride of the day back to Lucerne 

In Lucerne we will visit the most popular attractions which are all in walking distance such as the historical lion monument, the world-famous chapel bridge and the charming old town with medieval buildings and mind-blowing churches.
