Since grief can be painful, lonely, and confusing, you will be joining an immediate village of other people who are going through the same experience. 


Together we will achieve some healing through this weekend and you will leave with a tribe of fellow travelers on this incredibly difficult journey.

Heather is a 3rd generation native of Mt. Shasta—a small mountain town located in far Northern California. She is a Grief Coach who helps moms overcome guilt and despair, a Certified Grief Educator, transformational/grief retreat leader, grief movement guide, author, entrepreneur, and kindergarten teacher. Heather founded Heather Moyer Wellness in June 2020 with the mission to share tools for making mental, emotional, and physical health accessible for all.
