Breathwork is a powerful self-healing and cleansing tool for moving stuck energy. It invites you into the driver's seat to face old patterns, confront limiting beliefs, and move stuck emotion. This weekend is a chance to get clear on what you're ready for it and start creating it.

This retreat is for anyone looking to deepen their breathwork practice. You'll practice breathwork with a like-minded community while enjoying delicious fresh meals prepared by a local chef and enjoying ample time in nature.
What you will experience:
Practice: 2x Daily Practices lead by George Ramsay. Each practice will allow you go deeper into your personal breathwork practice to explore self-healing, creating from pleasure, and surrendering to your vision. There are four group sessions during the weekend and ample time in-between for down time, reflection, and moving your body.
Nourishment: All meals will be sourced with healthy, local ingredients and cooked by a local chef. We'll enjoy meals outside, held in the valley of the mountains. Allergies and dietary needs will be honored.
Nature: Experience the magic of one of the oldest mountain ranges in the world. Enjoy lots of time swimming in the pond, exploring local hiking trails, and connecting with other participants.

Each of the four cottages at East Fork Farm has its own personality. We invite you to choose from Ladybug Cottage, Millhouse Cottage, Red Barn Cottage, or Lotus Cottage. Each cottage has a private outdoor space so you can breath the crisp mountain air, as well as its own kitchen, so you can make yourself at home.
Enjoy an easy, scenic drive south to get a taste of the incredible arts and culinary scene of Asheville. After a day of breathwork, return to your cottage to stargaze while soaking in a hot tub.
Our farm spans 40 acres, half of which are pasture land where we raise sheep, chickens, and a few cows. We invite you to explore at your leisure or try your hand at farming by helping feed the animals.
RETREAT COST:
The retreat cost varies from $650-$1,000 based on the accommodation you'd like to book. Accommodations range from canvas camping tents to private cottages with indoor showers and mini kitchens.
The cost includes all retreat programming, lodging for two nights, and all five meals.
