Hello Missoula Outdoors! Here's another event for the group this week. It is going to snow quite a bit and there will be stellar opportunities for some powder!
My friend, Easton Lee, who isn't on Facebook, will be hosting as well. Easton skis, I snowboard.
What to Expect:
- Ski/Snowboard with a group of people of all skill levels: Beginner, Intermediate, and Expert.
- Take runs with people of your own skill level!
- Group runs near the end of the day!
- Price of a lift ticket not covered. Approx $80 ea.
- BYO Skis/Snowboard + Equipment
- We can help you find gear rentals!Join a group of 9 - 12 people for a day of skiing or snowboarding at Montana Snowbowl.
The goal of this gathering is to encourage people of all experience levels to attend, with hopefully 3-4 people of each skill level in attendance, so that skiers/riders of the same skill level can comfortably take runs together.
We will meet at 9 am at the ticket counter and get in line at 9:15! You do not have to be ready that early! You could arrive later and meet us on the mountain!
At different points in the day, we will plan to reconnect for group runs.BYO gear and equipment, but if anyone needs rental gear, they can get setups for reasonable prices from Gull Ski, Last Best Ski Shop, and the ski shop at Snowbowl.
Please wear appropriate clothing and accessories for that day such as a winter jacket, snowpants, helmet, gloves, face covering/neck gaiter, hat, and goggles.
Please plan to bring your own water and snacks. There is a bar to get food and drinks from and the pizza they make is delish. Please leave a comment if you'd like to carpool for this event! It will be very snowy that day and chains for vehicle tires will likely be a must.
Snowbowl does not allow dogs on the mountain.
We will meet at the ticket counter at 9 am! I recommend you buy your ticket online in advance! You save money and it speeds up the process at the counter.***
