About your trip

"Root to Rise" is a six-day, five-night yoga retreat set at Ebbio, a restored 13th-century farmhouse in the peaceful hills of Tuscany.

Each day begins with grounding practices, yoga, breathwork, and meditation to help you reconnect with your body, breath, and inner rhythm. As you release what no longer serves you, you'll create space to rise into a lighter, more aligned version of yourself.

We'll explore Tuscany’s hidden gems while savoring nourishing, farm-to-table meals fresh from Ebbio’s gardens. This is your time to slow down, root deeply, and return to the simple joy of being.

Meet your Teachers

Coco

Coco is a RYT 500 yoga teacher known for her playful yet thoughtful approach to movement. Coco uses the knowledge from her past experiences to blend movement with meaningful insight, helping students connect more deeply to themselves. When she’s not teaching, you’ll find her wandering beaches or mountains, cozied up with a good book, or exploring hidden corners of the world.

Teaching Style & Specialties: Coco guides you through a range of styles, from strong, fiery vinyasa and sculpt to the softer side of yin, restorative, breathwork, and meditation. Her classes are all about finding that sweet spot between energy and ease. As a Reiki Master, she brings a deep sense of presence and energetic flow into each session, helping you feel more connected, grounded, and renewed—on and off the mat.

Emmy

Emmy first turned to yoga as a path to recovery following two major spinal surgeries. What began as physical rehabilitation quickly unfolded into a deeper exploration of the connection to breath, body, & mind. With over 500 hours of international teacher training and a B.S. in Exercise Science, Emmy shares practices that invite presence and reconnect us to what’s already within.

Teaching style & specialties: Emmy guides Vinyasa, Yinyasa, and Hatha with a fluid, intuitive touch—sequencing with care, weaving stillness into strength, and encouraging students to explore the landscapes of their inner world with curiosity and compassion.

Emmy gravitates towards beauty in nature and finds inspiration in her work as a gardener. She loves rocking overalls, tending to the earth, & playing in the dirt. Rooted in the healing rhythms of the natural world and Emmy leans into rituals guided by the seasons.
