Bahia Asuncion has great panga fishing close to shore during Aug-March. The high season for yellowtail, tuna, wahoo, dorado and bottom fish is Oct-February. Spear fishing is very good as well.
There are a variety of open pangas for charter & reservations are required as pangas fill up fast during high season.
Gear rental is available as well as service for vacuum packing and freezing your catch.

Please check in with us when you arrive to the village to confirm departure time on the morning of your charter. Your Captain will come and check out your gear and suggest what you will need to take.

generally you leave at 6:30 from your accommodations and are on the water by 7:00 but can vary depending on weather and tide at times.
Most charters are 5-6 hours. Fish are gutted and iced in the hold.
Limits must be respected & a valid fishing license is required!
