Immersion is the best way to learn a foreign language, however not everyone has the luxury of spending long periods of time abroad. Our online program features a curricumlum especialy designed to bring the advantages of in-person immersion to you at home. Combining classes with profesional native speaking teachers, dynamic webinars and on going assesment, this program will help you reach language goals on your timeframe. 

Choosing to take online classes with Na'atik also helps support our local students, with a portion of you class fee enabling us to offer subsidized English classes to students working harder to make their own bright and exciting futures.

- Classes take place using the Microsoft Teams platform. Full instructions on how to use the platform will be provided.

- You will need to have access to a webcam for use during classes and we recommend using a headset equiped with a microphone.

- Classes are arranged at time to suit you depending on teacher availability. All classes are arranged though the program coordinator, not directly with your teacher.

- Class invitations are sent as calendar invites, and we ask that you confim these invites to ensure there is no confusion about the agreed time.

- Any changes or cancellations to arranged classes must be made with at least 24 hours notice.

- We ask that you inform both your teacher and the program manager as soon as you aware of the need to change or cancel a class.

- If you do not join an arranged class, your teacher will wait in the call for 15 minutes before disconnecting. Should you not join in this time, the class will be cancelled without refund.

- If you wish to cancel your package and have some class hours remaining you will due a refund of the value of 60% of the unused class hours.

- If you miss two consecutive classes and we are unable to contact you or do not receive a message from you, you package will be cancelled without refund 7 days from the date of the missed class.
