Join TheSwimLife.co for a transformative 3-day, 2-night weekend getaway at our Oceans of Renewal, Swimming, Yoga, and Wellness Retreat in Bermuda. You will experience the perfect blend of swim training, yoga, and wellness experiences amidst the thriving ocean surroundings and sub-tropical climate of the warm Caribbean island of Bermuda. This retreat is designed for swimmers of all levels who want to improve their skills, focus on recovery, and find time to relax, unwind, and connect with new friends.


Whether you're a beginner, intermediate, or advanced swimmer, this retreat offers the opportunity to get a taste of a swimming training camp without the need to travel overseas or take a full week off work. It’s a short but invigorating staycation (or vacation for overseas guests) that will leave you feeling refreshed and recharged. Our 3-day adventrue will include sustainable experiences as we will respect and appreciate the Bermuda flora and fauna.  Any beach plastic or trash collection on walks, runs and open water swims would be greatly supported and appreciated.


Our Home Away from Home
Your haven for the weekend is the incredibly stunning Southern View Villas, where you’ll wake up to peaceful ocean vistas, savor delicious meals crafted by a private chef, and have ample space to unwind after a day of training and adventure. Must see video here of the Villa here.


What to Expect:

  • Swim Training: Two focused pool sessions at the Bermuda National Sports Centre, where you’ll fine-tune your stroke technique with expert coaching.
  • Open-Water Swim: Immerse yourself in the turquoise waters of Horseshoe Bay and another two special locations for exhilarating, open-water experiences (locations subject to weather).
  • Yoga & Recovery: Two yoga flows focused on recovery, flexibility, and mindfulness. Perfect for stretching out tired muscles and recharging your energy levels.
  • Relax & Recharge: Take in the comfort and tranquility of Southern View Villas with a hot tub, a dip in the moongate swimming pool or enjoy the games room. Enjoy a massage or mani/pedi on your private lanai (add-on).
  • Community: Connect with like-minded people with camaraderie and converstations while enjoying the best of Bermuda’s serene south shore views.

This retreat is perfect for swimmers who can comfortably swim at least 1,000 meters or for 60 minutes in the pool on their own and who want to take their training and fitness to the next level. You’ll leave all distractions behind, sharpen your swimming skills, and recharge both your mind and body.

Your Retreat Leader

Lisa Blackburn is the Head Coach of TheSwimLife.co. She has over 30 years of international swimming and coaching experience as a 3-time Pan American Games medalist, world-class athlete, certified swim coach, nutrition coach, and honors graduate.  She represented the Canadian Natianal Swim Team and the Bermuda National Swim Team for a combined 20 year international swimming career and recently retired at the age of 48. 


She is often nicknamed the Chief Motivation Officer (CMO), as she is very passionate about empowering her clients to reach their full potential. Whether you’re learning to swim, fine-tuning your technique, completing a triathlon, or taking on open-water swimming for fitness, your expereince with Lisa and TheSwimLife.co will no doubt lead to success both in and out of the pool.
