About your trip

Picture this: the crisp fall air, trees lit up in gold, a quiet cabin tucked by the river in the Catskills of New York. This weekend is about slowing down in a way that feels like medicine, because rest really is sacred. It is how we restore our health, our wholeness, and our sense of community.

Everything we are offering, from yoga and meditation to embodiment practices and spirituality teachings, is there if you want it. This is your space to move at the pace that feels right, whether that means joining in or simply resting and listening to your body. Every way of being is welcome!

At its heart, this retreat is about remembering who you are when life gets quieter. It is about giving yourself the space to breathe, to be held by nature, and to connect with others who are on a similar path. You will carry home practices that anchor you into a slower rhythm, one that supports your body, your relationships, and your daily life.

Just about 2 hours from NYC, tucked into 70 wooded acres along the shimmering Neversink River, this place feels like stepping into your own gently curated nature retreat. Since 2022, the property has been thoughtfully transformed from a rustic campground into a beautifully reimagined escape, blending nostalgic camp vibes with modern comforts

this is for you if:

✓  You’re craving a slow-down and reset in nature

✓  You’re seeking to connect deeper to different parts of you like your body, your inner child, your creativity, and your pleasure

✓ You want to create a healthier relationship with your emotions

✓ You’re in a transitional moment and are seeking clues about which direction to go

✓ You need a break from the business of life

✓ You're looking to connect with likeminded individuals

Please note: Families are welcome at the retreat. While we won’t have designated childcare, children are free to enjoy the land and property. Please note that practice spaces will be reserved for adults only.
