Daily Movement: Experience a variety of movement methods, from powerful and dynamic vinyasa flows to slow and controlled Pilates and functional movement based patterns, led by experienced instructors, Nicole Hodges and Natalie Maggio.
Meditation & Holistic Sessions: Enhance your current meditation practice or give it a try for the first time. Also enjoy a group sound bath and reiki energy session facilitated by Ashley Wilson and Sharon Jones.
Healthy, Delicious Meals: Savor nutritious meals cooked fresh daily.

Pricing is based PER ROOM. You can purchase a private room for the full cost or share the room with a friend and split the cost between the two of you. Please note "private" or "shared" when booking so that we can plan for meals, classes, etc.

Nicole took her first yoga class as an elective college course nearly 20 years ago and loved the way it helped her to slow down and quiet her mind. Later, she stumbled upon her first hot power yoga class and fell in love with the hidden mental health benefits of a sweaty and powerful yoga flow. “Vinyasa yoga is much more than just a good workout. I am able to completely shut off my anxious mind and focus solely on my movement and breath. I recognize each practice as an opportunity to reset my entire day,” Nicole says.
