This was my first yoga retreat &amp; it did not disappoint. The yoga sessions were outstanding as well as the sound bath &amp; reiki sessions &amp; meditation prompts.  Itinerary was well thought out with plenty of self care time &amp; fellowship. Location &amp; accommodations were amazing &amp; allowed for a beautiful setting to honor practice. Food that she &amp; her husband prepared for us was top notch.  Nicole is a gifted yoga instructor as well as she made sure everyone had the best experience possible. She is such a genuine soul. Highly recommend any of her retreats! 

This was probably the best vacation I’ve ever had! The group of ladies that Nicole brought together were amazing. The environment, the boutique resort, the staff and service, yoga sessions and journal prompts gave me such a beautiful experience. I would highly recommend this retreat with Nicole. 😍

Nicole took her first yoga class as an elective college course nearly 20 years ago and loved the way it helped her to slow down and quiet her mind.  Later, she stumbled upon her first hot power yoga class and fell in love with the hidden mental health benefits of a sweaty and powerful yoga flow.  “Vinyasa yoga is much more than just a good workout. Class will be offered toward the end of the retreat to help the body feel more restored and rested. Mat Pilates- Lower impact form of strength training using slow and controlled movements with bodyweight. Each class offers a unique twist on contemporary mat Pilates and is designed with modifications to accommodate beginners and advanced practitioners. Class will also include yoga postures throughout. Cardio Pilates- Quick and effective yet low impact workout to get the heart rate up and hold muscles under tension.
