  • Daily Yoga, Pilates, and Meditation Sessions: Experience a variety of class styles, from dynamic vinyasa flows to slow and controlled mat Pilates, led by Nicole Hodges, an experienced yoga and Pilates instructor.  Enhance your current meditation practice or give it a try for the first time.

(1-2) Movement Classes daily-Varied Styles will be offered to fit the collective. Come to one, come to all. There is no obligation to attend classes. Listen to your body and mind and set your own schedule. Class offerings will include, Yoga & Pilates fusion, vinyasa yoga, mat Pilates, restorative yoga and more.

Reservation and Cancelation Policy

Reserve your spot with a $500, non-refundable/non-transferable deposit. The remainder of your payment will be due 90 days before the start of the retreat. No refunds will be honored after final payment is made.

Payment Policy: Bookings may be completed online through this website (fees apply) A 2.9% fee will be added to the deposit for credit card processing. The fee can be avoided by using ACH bank transfer at check-out. You can also book directly with the host (click ask a question to contact Nicole directly) to pay via cash, check, or Venmo.

Travel logistics:

Arrive at  Cancun or Tulum aiport on the first day of the retreat (Tuesday, February 16th)

Schedule your departure out of Cancun or Tulum for the last day of the retreat (Saturday, February 21st)

Fitness Equipment

Yoga mats, hand weights, blankets, blocks, and straps are all provided.

(5) Nights Accommodation

Taxes and Gratuity

Sales tax and gratuity is included. This goes towards the waiters, kitchen staff, bellboys, and cleaning staff. Tips for front desk staff, guides, or spa staff, is at the discretion of guest.

Chef prepared meals

3 delicious meals per day. One dinner is not included to give the group a chance to sample the local award-winning restaurants.

Book your flight into Tulum or Cancun International airport

Hotel Transfers

We will arrange transportation from Cancun and Tulum airport. They will group attendees together to share rides and cost. Cost will be determined based on number of people per ride.

Spa Services

A variety of services offered, including facials, reflexology, and massages. Their professional therapists are known for our unique Mayan Healing treatments.

Alcohol/specialty drinks

Daily tea, water, and coffee are included. Should you want alcohol, protein shakes, smoothies, or specialty coffee, there is an additional cost.

Excursions

Tour Mayan Ruins, mangroves, cenotes and more! Amansala will coordinate reservations.

Healing Rituals

Partake in ancient healing rituals including a traditional sweat lodge, cacao ceremony, sound healing, ice baths, and more.

About your organizer

Nicole took her first yoga class as an elective college course nearly 20 years ago and loved the way it helped her to slow down and quiet her mind. Later, she stumbled upon her first hot power yoga class and fell in love with the hidden mental health benefits of a sweaty and powerful yoga flow. “Vinyasa yoga is much more than just a good workout. I am able to completely shut off my anxious mind and focus solely on my movement and breath. I recognize each practice as an opportunity to reset my entire day,” Nicole says.
