From Thursday to Sunday, you’ll experience daily yoga, guided mindfulness practices, nourishing meals, and spacious time to unplug and reconnect. Begin your mornings with movement and breath, spend afternoons immersed in forest air and flowing water, and end your days soaking in the hot tub after a refreshing river cold plunge — then sprint back to the deck, laughing and alive.
