Reflect. Reconnect. Step into nature with Ustaz Imran Halimi and Fitrah Outdoors Founder Sulayman Christopher for an immersive experience at the Kuala Lumpur Butterfly Park.
Ramadan's over. Your remembrance of Allah shouldn't be. That post-Ramadan dip? It's real. The spiritual high and connection can slip. Old routines can creep back in. But it doesn't have to. Make a game plan — this program is part of yours.
Walk among thousands of butterflies in flight — some of Allah's most breathtaking creations — while Ustaz Imran Halimi shares reflections on how to keep your Ramadan momentum alive. Most importantly, Ustaz Imran will offer tips on cultivating daily Divine remembrance. This program isn't a lecture or an intellectual exercise — it's a rainshower of rahma for the heart.
Join a friend. Bring the family. Come solo and meet new faces. Oh, and get some light exercise — time to work off all that Raya food!

Digital Disconnect & Fitrah Reconnect Policy
We ask that all participants keep their phones, digital watches, cameras, and any other electronic device at home, in their vehicles, or provide them to Fitrah Outdoors staff to safekeep for the duration of the program (9 AM - 12 PM). Fitrah Outdoors staff will store all electronic devices in a secure and weather-proof bag inside of a backpack that will be carried around throughout the program in the case of an emergency*.
*please note that accommodations can be made for extenuating circumstance such as medical emergencies and other requirements (e.g. blood sugar monitoring etc).
In advance of the program, please provide your emergency contact with Guide Sulayman Christopher's WhatsApp number +1-608-509-3346 so that they may reach you in the event of an emergency.
What's the Purpose of the Digital Disconnect & Fitrah Reconnect Policy?
Our policy applies to ALL of our programs — from half-day to week-long trips — and is offered as a unique opportunity for participants to build connection, both inwardly and outwardly, with other people, other creations, and to regenerate one’s own fitrah.
Throughout the trip, Fitrah Outdoors program staff will be taking a plethora of high quality individual, group, and scenery photos and videos, and will share them with the group within two weeks of the final program day. This allows participants to center their attention on each moment.
We understand that this can seem strange or even scary for participants. In our experience, it is often those who are initially the most skeptical of the Digital Disconnect & Fitrah Reconnect policy who end up being the most appreciative for their experience at the end of the program.
Nisa, a participant from our 2024 Fitrah Farm Stay Program in Pescadero, California, commented: "Fitrah Outdoors’ carefully curated experience allowed us to unplug from the noise of daily life and truly connect to our primordial self. We were fueled by nutrient dense meals, mindful practices, and the reset to my system was felt for months afterwards."
Is this really required?
Yes.
We ask that each participant please respect the no digital distraction space that we cultivate. Those unable to adhere to our policy will be kindly asked to exit the program.
