Flow Heart Soul is a sister experience to Flow Surf Soul—designed for grounding, inner alignment, and meaningful reset. This heart-centered winter retreat creates space to pause, recalibrate, and reconnect—especially if the intentions you set in January have started to fade. It’s an opportunity to realign with your goals and set a steady, intentional tone as you move toward the spring season feeling nourished, present, and empowered.

Reset & Recenter

Your weekend begins with a grounding and uplifting day designed to help you pause, reset your rhythm, and reconnect with your body, breath, and intentions.

We’ll start the morning with an energizing fitness session to wake up the body, followed by a nourishing breakfast to fuel the day ahead.

Next, we’ll move into our Contrast Therapy Experience at Shine—a revitalizing cycle of cold plunge, sauna, and hot tub designed to support nervous system regulation, circulation, resilience, and mental clarity.

With your body refreshed and your system balanced, we’ll transition into our Breathwork Workshop, including The Anatomy of Breathing. This science-informed yet practical session explores how you breathe by observing key respiratory markers such as breathing rate, tidal volume, and CO₂ tolerance. You’ll gain insight into your unique breathing patterns and begin building awareness that supports balance, efficiency, and overall well-being.

Midday, we’ll share a nourishing lunch and spacious downtime before gathering for a guided journaling session. This reflective space is designed to help you release what’s no longer serving you, reconnect with your intentions, and realign with what you want to cultivate moving forward.

We’ll end the day with a deeply restorative evening practice: Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Sound Bath, allowing everything you’ve experienced to settle and integrate on a nervous-system level.

You’ll leave day one feeling grounded, lighter, clearer, and deeply supported.

Rebuild + Realign

Sunday invites you to rebuild from a place of clarity, connection, and inner strength—setting the tone for the season ahead.

We’ll begin the morning with a fitness session to awaken and energize the body, followed by a nourishing breakfast to ground your energy and focus.

The heart of the day is our Microshift Workshop, where you’ll learn how small, intentional changes can create meaningful and lasting momentum. This session focuses on reconnecting with your goals, rebuilding consistency, and creating sustainable habits that support where you want to go—without overwhelm or burnout.

After lunch and gentle downtime, we’ll gather for a guided journaling session centered on visioning, intention setting, and identity-based goals. This is your space to clarify what you’re working toward and how you want to show up moving into spring and beyond.

We’ll close the weekend with a luxurious, grounding practice: Yin/Restorative Yoga combined with Yoga Nidra and Sound Bath. This closing ceremony is designed to help everything you’ve learned and experienced settle deeply into the body and heart, so you return to daily life feeling restored, recharged, and aligned.

You’ll leave the retreat feeling stronger, clearer, and ready to move forward with intention and renewed momentum.
