El Salvador was paradise. This was my second trip with Maggie. Panama was so amazing that I couldn’t imagine topping it, but knowing who she is and the effort she puts in, I wasn’t surprised when El Salvador did. Everything is handled ahead of time, so all you have to do is show up, disconnect, and enjoy the time to connect with yourself and the great group of people Maggie curates. In one week, we built a bond that feels like it’s been 10 years in the making. Maggie’s trips are top-notch and incredibly high value. She gives so much. If you’re reading this and thinking about going, just do it. You won’t be disappointed.

What an amazing retreat! Maggie is the best and hosted an amazing well thought out trip and wellness and activities. Meditation, journaling, surfing, workouts and yoga were wonderful and the company was so amazing. I made new friends, created life long memories and came back home a refreshed and renewed person physically and mentally. Everything was so easy and taken care of for us. Cannot say enough about this retreat!

Her yoga classes were a highlight, and I loved the mix of movement, surfing, adventure, and time to slow down. Attending the retreat in Panama was a truly memorable experience. The classes with Maggie were exceptional—her teaching style was inspiring, supportive, and transformative, making each session a highlight of my stay. The food was very good overall, with fresh ingredients and thoughtful preparation. However, as someone living in Bermuda, I especially value the chance to immerse myself in local culture when I travel. While I can enjoy Mexican or international cuisine at home or elsewhere, I can only truly experience Panamanian food when I’m in Panama. For me, local dishes are an essential part of the cultural journey. The few Panamanian signature dishes that were served were outstanding—the best meals of the retreat by far. I would love to see more of those authentic flavors incorporated into the menu in the future, as they add so much richness to the overall experience. On top of that, the hotel staff were very good and genuinely friendly, which made the stay even more welcoming. And Maggie’s energy throughout the retreat was simply wonderful—uplifting, warm, and full of life.
