We’re returning to the sacred waters of Union, Washington this September for a deeper, more spacious version of our retreat.
This year includes an additional evening and expanded programming designed to nourish the body, steady the nervous system, and create space for reflection, connection, and restoration.
Expect a thoughtful balance of:
Guided movement and breath
Time in nature
Rest, integration, and unstructured space
Community, conversation, and surprise moments of delight
Gourmet meals for every palate
This retreat is intentionally designed to unfold. Some elements are planned, others will emerge… allowing us to respond to the group, the place, and what feels most supportive in the moment.
Come as you are. Leave resourced, clearer, and more connected.
