IGNITE is a high-performance reset set beneath the vast desert sky of Cactus Moon. Over three intentional days, we combine powerful movement, mindset work, restoration, and deep connection — creating space to clear what no longer serves and activate what’s next.
Through daily yoga and Pilates, guided hikes in Joshua Tree National Park, breathwork, sound healing, cold plunge, and immersive workshops, you’ll recalibrate physically, mentally, and energetically. Evenings unfold under open skies with private chef dining and a cosmic astronomy experience that reminds you just how expansive your life can be.
This is not an escape. It’s a recalibration.
IGNITE is for the woman who is ready to move forward with clarity, strength, and unapologetic momentum.
Daily yoga and Pilates. Guided Joshua Tree hike. Breathwork and mindset workshops. Resident private chef dining. Astronomy sky tour. Desert sound healing. Cold plunge sessions. Group transportation.
Round-trip transportation to and from Cactus Moon Retreat.
BYOB optional.
Each day is intentionally designed to build momentum.
We begin in the body — strength, Pilates, heat, breath.
We move into clarity — mindset, reflection, recalibration.
We expand in nature — hikes through Joshua Tree, cold plunge resets, open desert air.
We soften at night — sound healing, meditation, cosmic sky experiences under the stars.
This isn’t downtime.
It’s strategic restoration.
You will train.
You will release.
You will leave different than you arrive.
March 12–15. Limited space.
A magical hike and meditation in Joshua Tree National Park—an awe-inspiring moment of stillness, connection, and reflection.
Dean Ardvison is a renowned astronomer and celestial guide who leads immersive night-sky experiences beneath the desert stars. During our Cactus Moon retreat, Dean will guide us through the cosmos with live stargazing and offer personalized astrology birth chart insights—blending science, symbolism, and soul for a truly unforgettable evening under the Joshua Tree sky.
After dinner, as the air cools and the desert exhales, we’ll walk together to the spiral of stones — a sacred rock vortex nestled beneath the open sky. The earth beneath you still warm from the day. The stars beginning to flicker awake above.
Inside the spiral, time softens.
You’ll settle into stillness as crystal bowls, chimes, and grounding tones ripple through the night air. The sound moves through you, not just around you but dissolving tension, loosening what’s heavy, quieting the mind in the most effortless way.
The spiral holds us.
The desert witnesses us.
The sky opens wide.
Guided meditation will gently anchor you into presence, into your body, your breath, your becoming. It’s a moment to release what you no longer need, and to realign with what’s quietly waiting to rise.
This is not just relaxation.
It’s integration.
It’s remembrance.
It’s a return.
Melissa Schwimmer joins IGNITE as our resident private chef, delivering a refined, fully curated culinary experience throughout the retreat.
