A space to pause, reset, and reconnect.
With Pilates at its core, this retreat is supported by practices that regulate the nervous system, restore the body, and create space for stillness.
An invitation to step away from overcomplication, and return to a simpler, more intuitive way of being.
This 4-day, 3-night experience is designed to support both the body and mind through a considered blend of movement, restorative therapies, and intentional rest. Set in a serene natural environment, days unfold slowly—beginning with guided Pilates sessions, followed by time to unwind through practices such as restorative bodywork, acupuncture, and thermal experiences.
Guests are encouraged to move, rest, and reconnect at their own pace, with space woven throughout to simply be.
Alongside this, a series of thoughtfully curated workshops and conversations will offer guidance from experienced practitioners, including naturopaths and wellness specialists—providing supportive, practical tools that can be carried into everyday life.
Nourishing meals, meaningful connection, and moments of stillness sit at the heart of the retreat, creating an experience that feels both grounding and deeply restorative.
