Welcome to Peru. Upon arrival into Lima, you’ll be greeted at Jorge Chávez International Airport and whisked away to the coastal neighborhood of Miraflores—our home for the first nights.

That evening, we gather for a welcome dinner. Faces become familiar, laughter begins to flow, and the first threads of connection are woven.

Lima: The City of Kings

Today we step into the story of Lima. Wandering through the historic center, we’ll uncover the layers of this “City of Kings” while grounding ourselves in a deeper understanding of Peru—its history, its culture, and the journey ahead.

We’ll share lunch together, then enjoy a relaxed afternoon with space to wander Miraflores, sip coffee, journal, or simply take it all in.

Into the Amazon

The adventure deepens.

We return to the airport and fly to Iquitos—the gateway to the Amazon. From there, the journey becomes part of the magic: a van ride to Nauta, followed by a river journey to the village of Libertad.

Here, surrounded by jungle and river, we arrive not just to a place—but to a completely different rhythm of life.

Amazon Immersion: Life in the Jungle

These days are about presence, connection, and discovery.

We’ll learn from the community, gaining insight into daily life in the Amazon—what it means to live with the land, not apart from it. We’ll explore the jungle, swim, walk, rest in hammocks, and let the sounds of the rainforest guide us.

Day 6

oday is about connection in its purest form.

We visited a local family in an Andean highland community., sharing a meal and learning their traditions, stories, and way of life. This is a deeply human experience—one that often becomes a highlight of the journey.

We return in the evening with space to rest and prepare for what’s to come.
