Set above the breathtaking waters of Lake Atitlán in Guatemala, Ember & Earth is a 5-night, 6-day immersive retreat experience designed to help you reconnect with yourself, your body, and the present moment — while experiencing the beauty, culture, and energy of one of the most powerful places in the world.
Surrounded by volcanoes, water, and vibrant local culture, this experience blends movement, mindfulness, adventure, meaningful conversation, and spaciousness in a way that feels grounding, energizing, and deeply real.
Mornings begin slowly with coffee overlooking the lake, yoga, breathwork, and movement as the sun rises over the water. Days unfold through a balance of guided experiences and open space — from private boat adventures across Lake Atitlán with cliff jumping and swimming, to cacao ceremonies, workshops, connection circles, sound healing, and time to simply rest and take it all in.
This isn’t about escaping your life.
It’s about returning to it feeling more alive.
What’s Included:
• 5 nights accommodations overlooking Lake Atitlán
• Daily yoga, movement, meditation + breathwork
• Private boat day across the lake
• Guided workshops + group connection experiences
