Incredible trip, thank you keepfit women ❤️

This unforgettable trip to Costa Rica was seamless from start to finish. It was a long journey, but it was comforting to know that all steps were covered, and I wasn't worried about anything. Costa Rica is beautiful and HOT! @keepfit.women chose a beautiful location in Dominical at the host center Danyasa Eco-Retreat. The rooms were air conditioned, so you can always have a rest to cool down, and the beds were very comfortable. The pool is always open and it's always inviting you in. The food!!!!! The food!!!!! Omgosh, I didn't know I could do without meat for an entire week, and it was unforgettable. The Traveling Cheffies put on a show at each meal, and it was exciting to find out what they created for each meal. We were in the heart of Dominical, so everything was so close, and we ventured each day. The beach was WOW!!! I've never experienced this kind of beach, with those kind of waves. The sunsets omgggg were to die for. I am so grateful for this experience, and as I am typing these words, I want to be back there. This trip was everything I needed and more! The food was incredible, the accommodations were cozy but all that was needed. The waterfall hike was so rewarding and stunning. Walks to the beach were safe and quick. The workouts, support systems, friendships made, etc. etc. were all something I will never forget. I would absolutely attend another retreat. No question!
