I had the pleasure of going on this spontaneous retreat to Poland. I am not an exercise or yoga advocate so I was nervous about what it would entail. I can honestly say it was the most wonderful and important experiences I have ever taken part of. Everything was at one’s own pace! Nothing felt intimidating and it opened my eyes to Kundalini yoga. Breathing to reset my nervous system and practicing meditation in the sun rise and sun set of the magnificent green and golden countryside of Lower Silesia was so moving for me, it opened my mind to the world of simple self care. Something I was always fighting against! The meal time food was also very pure and delicious, all created from the crops and gardens of the retreat location. It was a pleasure to eat well, discover new food and share many special moments whilst interacting and getting to know other people on the retreat. I went away for weeks feeling completely positive when anything challenging came up! I am very grateful for such a beautiful experience. I am so excited to return to the next one this year. Dominik is a truly wonderful host who takes great care in curating an atmosphere ideal for recharging depleted energy, reflection and reconnecting to a sense of wonder. His affinity for hospitality is well matched to his great sensitivity as a yoga and meditation teacher. I had the best time during the retreat and returned home inspired and relaxed. Absolute recommendation!
