Hanna (she/her) was introduced to yoga at a young age by her father. It wasn’t until her late teenage years that a more consistent practice began to bloom. Yoga always felt natural and safe. It provided a safe space to move mindfully, honor her body, heal + reflect. For each class she teaches, her hope is to provide a safe space for others to go inward. Through mindful breath, movement, and listening to the body, we create unity with ourselves and the world around us. In her free time, Hanna's dances, makes art, and reads.
