She strives to create an environment where you can explore and expand your physical body and inner awareness, cultivate mindfulness, and learn tools to create calm on and off the mat. Lauren's classes are intention based and focus on alignment, strengthening and relaxation. She also promotes a space where you can flow freely to a variety of music.
