Loved every minute of it! Workshops were beyond amazing. Scott and Jamie are incredible teachers and my only regret is that I have to fly to see them bc I live in AZ now. They helped me to do and try poses I’ve never considered before. Their instructions and recommendations were excellent, particularly to stay at Pig Hill Inn. Kirtan Saturday night was a complete highlight (I have never felt more included in such a wonderful group of people). Every step of the way Scott and Jamie helped and gave good advice about staying in Cold Spring. I would go again! Cold Spring was a great place to stay and I am only sorry I did not get to explore more

Wonderful! Scott and Jamie are excellent and patient Ashtanga yoga instructors. I am a beginner and they spent a lot of time making sure my form and breathing were correct.

We had a great time. Amazing yoga in 2 beautiful settings. Scott and Jamie are inspirational, supportive and fun. They created an exceptional environment and we took away amazing techniques that will help refine the practice. Loved every minute of the weekend. Looking forward to returning next year.
