Hi, I’m Sandy! I’m a certified yoga instructor (ERYT200) in the Bay Area. I began practicing yoga and mindfulness consistently in 2014 as a way to work through my generalized anxiety and depression. My intention is to to build community through vulnerability and to remind you that your mental health matters just as much as your physical health.
Through yoga, mindfulness, & self-study techniques, I’m learning how to release mental chatter and limiting beliefs – and I feel honored that I get to share those tools with you!
