The investment fee serves a dual purpose: it solidifies your commitment to working with us and acknowledges the investment of time and expertise that our team devotes to designing your itinerary. When you decide to proceed with booking your itinerary, the investment fee is fully applied to your total trip cost.  Most often we opt to refund the amount, This integration highlights our shared dedication to crafting a remarkable collaboration for a full travel itinerary.

In the event that you choose not to move forward with us, please understand that the investment fee is also a recognition of the valuable research and effort that our team invests in curating your itinerary. Should you decide not to proceed, the fee is then utilized to compensate for the time and expertise devoted to creating your initial travel plan.  If throughout the process (within 3 days of 1st quotation) you decide on a hotel booking only, 100% of the research fee is non refundable.
