About this trip

Matinee découverte les bienfaits pour le moral et la sante de l'element de l'eau. 

Des experiences pour le bien-etre au bord, sur, et dans l'eau. 

de 9h a 12h 

9h-10h:   discussion et meditation au bord de l'eau 

10h-11h:   sup-yoga 

11h-12h:   mouvement d'harmonisation dans l'eau et discussions

Cette matinee est ouverte a tous niveaux de debutants a avances. Vous n'avez pas besoin d'avoir de l'experience en yoga ni en sup (paddleboard) pour vous joindre a nous. 

Tous les exercices seront adaptes au niveau des participants. 

Qu'apporter et comment se preparer?

Afin de bénéficier pleinement de ces experiences nous vous recommandez de: 

* bouteille d'eau (de preference re-usable) 

* prendre avec soi: un linge de plage, 2 maillots de bain, des habits confortables pour le mouvement au bord de l'eau et sur l'eau, protection solaire (option biologique de preference), chapeau ou casquette

* snacks (fruits, amandes, barres de cereal, ... ) en cas de besoin

Yoga-Water Immersion Join us for a unique and unforgettable experience! The program includes: 10:00AM Meting at DHARMI® Center 10:30AM YOGA-WATER Practice 12:30PM Lunch 3:00PM SUP-YOGA in the beautiful Florida waters 4:30PM Water Ceremony What to bring: - bathing suit, comfortable outfit that can get wet and stretch - change of clothes to be dry and at ease during lunch break - sunscreen - hat and/or sunglasses. A ful day of yoga and water experiences for your wellbeing, balance, fun and mindfulness. Instructor: Christelle Chopard has been practicing Sup-Yoga since 2009. She is a kitesurfer, open-water swimmer, E-RYT500, C-IAYT, LDYT, Qigong Instructor, Holistic Therapist as well as the founder of DHARMI® Method and YOGA-WATER
