What to bring:
- bathing suit, comfortable outfit that can get wet and stretch
- change of clothes to be dry and at ease during lunch break and for the Acro-Yoga practice
- hat and/or sunglasses
- yoga mat

Christelle Chopard has been practicing Sup-Yoga since 2009. She is a kitesurfer, open-water swimmer, E-RYT500, C-IAYT, LDYT, Qigong Instructor, Holistic Therapist as well as the founder of DHARMI® Method and YOGA-WATER
You will wear comfortable outfit that can get wet and stretch for practice on the water.
It is best to take a change of clothes to be dry after the morning practice which will make it more comfortable for the afternoon acro-yoga experience.
You can bring a hat and/or sunglasses with a cord-attach so they won't fall in the water.
It is best to wear organic sunscreen to protect yourself from the sun while considering your health and the one of your environment.
You will bring a towel and a yoga mat for the practice. Be aware that the teachings will be outdoor on the grass, in fine attunement with nature.
