After a long international flight, you deserve a day of light excursions. We will use this day to tour the city of Arusha, explore some iconic landmarks, and enjoy local food.  

Our guests have shared how important this day is for them to rest before going on safari. Use this day to purchase any last-minute things you might need while on safari. After breakfast at your hotel, our crew will pick you at 10: 00am to take you for a city tour of Arusha. We will visit the following places:

- Tanzanite Experience Museum

- SANAA Shanga Village

-Shoprite Mall for any last-minute snacks, toiletries or anything you might need while on safari

After breakfast, will start your safari with the packed lunch you will start with magnificent National Park-Tarangire National Park. This is Tanzania's fourth largest park offering diverse wildlife and scenery including giant baobab trees. It is home to the largest herds of elephants in East Africa!. These herds migrate along the wildlife corridor to nearby Lake Manyara National Park and Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Animal populations here rival those of the Serengeti so you will have a chance to see wildebeests, zebras, elands, hartebeests, buffalos, and flocks of birds of various species. After breakfast, we will drive to the Southwest end of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area (with our packed lunch accompanied by a local guide) to the Hadzabe and Datoga communities which are the only remaining hunter-gatherer communities in East Africa. After breakfast with your packed lunch you drive to Ndutu via Olduvai Gorge (takes 4 to 6 hours). Olduvai Gorge is an archaeological site located in the northern plains of Ngorongoro Conservation Area, in which early human fossils were discovered. After learning from the site, you will have your lunch and then drive to Ndutu area. While on the way, you will have chances to view game before reaching the lodge in the evening. Which is located at Ngorongoro Conservation Area on the edge of the Southern Serengeti plains filled with acacia trees and wide views 

After breakfast you will continue with game drive at Ndutu area.  The Ndutu Area is part of Ngorongoro Conservation Area making boundary to the southern  Serengeti. The great migration reaches here with its over two million animals to give birth to their calves and thousands of animals are born daily between the end of December and the beginning of March. This also attracts many predators like lions, Cheater and hyenas.

After breakfast, with packed lunch drive to Serengeti National Park, doing game drive on the way to central Serengeti. Enjoy the drive as we explore this world heritage site, where earth’s largest concentration of plain game still roams freely. After breakfast, we will venture into Serengeti’s wilderness for full-day game viewing in the park. Enjoy exploring this world heritage site where the world’s largest concentration of animals still roams freely. Overnight in Central Serengeti.

After breakfast, with packed lunch you will drive southward towards the Ngorongoro conservation area with wildlife viewing on the way. You will have your lunch at Naabi Hill (exit gate in Serengeti) as you sign-in to Ngorongoro Conservation Area. After lunch, proceed to Ngorongoro Conservation Area and while on the way you will stop to one of the MaasaiBomas in the Ngorongoro Area to learn, experience and enjoy Maasai culture, their traditional dancing and handcrafts. After early breakfast you will descend to the crater for early morning game drive inside the crater. This is the best place in Tanzania to see black rhino as well as the pride of lions that include the magnificent black-manned males. There are lots of colorful flamingoes and a variety of water birds. Other game that you can see includes leopard, cheetah, hyena, other members of the antelope family, and small mammals. After breakfast you will drive back to Arusha. On the way we will stop at Mto wa Mbu for light excursions, and visit to one Primary School before we get to Arusha for hot lunch.
