Itinerary

Day 1
Fitness retreat arrival

Start your V.I.P fitness retreat with an exhilarating Muay Thai session at Tiger Muay from 8-9 am. Following that, enjoy a nutritious breakfast where Matt briefs you on the 14-day fitness plan at 9-10 am.


At 10 am, embark on a guided scooter tour exploring local gyms, beaches, and cafes in South Kuta until noon. Later, at 3 pm, dive into your first strength & conditioning workout with Matt at the DFC gym.


Wrap up your day with an authentic Balinese dinner at 7 pm, reflecting on tailored experiences that set the stage for an exclusive retreat meticulously crafted for you and Matt. Day 1 signifies the beginning of your impactful and personalized fitness journey.
