Arrival: Kilimanjaro International Airport . Upon arrival, you will go through customs where you will present your passport, pay for your visa, and proceed to claim your checked luggage. At the arrival section, you will meet a Lendimi who will greet and transfer you to your hotel for overnight and rest.
After breakfast with packed lunch, you will start your safari Arusha Nationa park. Arusha National Park is one of the only national parks where you can experience walking safari, spot the rare black and white Colobus monkeys. The park provides a completely different experience from other popular parks and still holds many iconic species, such as elephants, buffalos, and giraffes. The landscapes, dominated by the epic Mount Meru, are breathtaking. A combination of lush jungles, towering waterfalls, and alkaline lakes teeming with flamingos, make Arusha incredibly special.
After breakfast you will start your safari by visiting the magnificent Tarangire National Park. This is Tanzania's fourth largest park offering diverse wildlife and scenery including giant baobab trees. It is home to the largest herds of elephants in East Africa!. These herds migrate along the wildlife corridor to nearby Lake Manyara National Park and Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Animal populations here rival those of the Serengeti so you will have a chance to see wildebeests, zebras, elands, hartebeests, buffalos, gerenuks, fringe eared Oryx, and flocks of birds of various species.
After breakfast, we will drive to the Southwest end of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area (with our packed lunch accompanied by a local guide) to the Hadzabe and Datoga communities considered the last remaining hunter-gatherer communities in East Africa. Dinner and overnight at Farm of Dreams Lodge
You've heard that Tanzania is the Cradle of Mankind. Today you will visit the Olduvai Gorge, an archaeological site located in the Northern plains of Ngorongoro Conservation Area where early human fossils were discovered. After touring the site, we will have lunch and then drive to Serengeti National Park. Overnight at central Serengeti Nyikani Camps & Lodges https://nyikani.com/ - full board or similar option.
After breakfast, we will venture into Serengeti’s wilderness for full-day game viewing in the park. Enjoy exploring this world heritage site where the world’s largest concentration of animals still roams freely. Overnight in Central Serengeti.
Our second full day of touring the great Serengeti.
After breakfast, with packed lunch, we will drive Southward towards Ngorongoro Conservation Area with wildlife viewing on the way. We will have our lunch break at Naabi Hill (exit gate in Serengeti) as we register to enter Ngorongoro Conservation Area. On the way, we will stop at one of the Maasai Bomas in Ngorongoro Area to learn, experience, and enjoy Maasai culture.

After early breakfast you will descend to the crater for early morning game drive inside the crater. This is the best place in Tanzania to see the black rhino as well as prides of lions that includes the magnificent, black-manned males. There are lots of colorful flamingoes and a variety of water birds. Other game that you can see includes leopards, cheetahs, hyena, other members of the antelope family, small mammals, hippos, and many more.
You will enjoy your lunch at a picnic site in the crater floor and proceed with afternoon game drive then drive to Arusha.
A safari with Lendimi is not complete without sharing the culture and the traditions of our tribe. On this day we will tour the village of Seela to meet with community members, participate in coffee ceremony, take light treks, and participate in a tree-planting exercise. By planting a tree, you will be participating in restoring nature and leaving a life that will outlive your time in Tanzania.
In the afternoon return to your hotel

Arrive at Karume International Airport. Drive and visit Stone Town-the old slave market in Zanzibar and UNESCO World Heritage Site. In the afternoon, drive to the hotel.

We proceed with the guided tour to the fast growing neighborhoods of Kigali that are changing the face of the city. There is opportunity to visit the presidential museum which is the residence of two of the former Presidents of Rwanda, here you will have an opportunity to learn a bit about the political history of Rwanda. We drive through the older commercial and residential areas with a major stop at Kigali genocide memorial site commemorating the 1994 Rwandan Genocide.
