About this trip

A Yoga Alliance® certified course in Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative and Yin Yoga and meditation. Led by Leah Sugerman & Jess Rose.

Discover it all

Exploring aspects of both Yin and Yang yoga, you’ll discover how to both create a dynamic, disciplined practice and how to slow the body down to restore and rejuvenate. Practicing alignment-based Hatha and Vinyasa Flow each morning and Restorative and Yin yoga each evening, we’ll explore these complementary practices and all the elements necessary to be able to confidently teach both.

Gain confidence

Extensive study of asana, alignment, anatomy, adjustments and assists, the philosophy and history of yoga, teaching methodology, intelligent sequencing, and the business of yoga will prepare you to teach with confidence and poise.

Go deeper

Whether you’re looking to deepen your personal practice or to teach professionally, this course will provide you with everything you need to take your yoga to the next level. The course will feature a full, one-day silent retreat so you can draw your awareness inward and reflect to better understand yourself and the practice of meditation.

This training is designed to move you deeper into your own personal practice while simultaneously preparing you to offer your teachings to the world. We teach a multidisciplinary approach so that you can graduate with the ability to confidently teach multiples styles of yoga and meditation.

Delightful, empowering, soulful and all around magnificent. Leah is a kind, intelligent, informed teacher. She embodies yogic principals and created an environment where everyone felt a meaningful part of the community. The location was fine. The pool area open and welcoming. Beds were comfortable.

This trip was absolutely life changing and spectacular. I don’t know how much Leah Sugerman is making, but whatever it is, she needs a raise. I have learned SO much - I went from being too scared to lead a five minute meditation to teaching sixty minute vinyasa classes with ease. She has this amazing way of making everyone feel so comfortable and confident in themselves no matter where they’re at. She is a very empowering and intelligent teacher, and clearly loves her job. The food was also the best I’ve ever eaten, and they had tons of gluten free options. I definitely did not starve. The staff is very friendly and lively and overall this was an experience I will never forget.

Leah runs an all-inclusive retreat that delivers in all aspects. Beautiful yoga that was just the right balance of challenging and soothing. Leah is a skilled teacher and communicator, and I learnt a lot from her yoga classes. She also has great organizational skills and ensured that things ran smoothly. The retreat was held in a beautiful location in the north of Bali. The villas were luxurious with stunning views. Included massages at the spa centre were of a high standard. The vegetarian food was fabulous, varied and filling. Day trips were lots of fun and a great way to see some of the surrounding area. There was also time to simply relax by the pool. I highly recommend attending one of Leah's yoga retreats.
