Kayaking Equipment
A choice of 50 top of the range Sea Kayaks. We also provide you with all the other technical equipment that you’ll need including buoyancy aids and quality waterproof, breathable kayak jackets.
Photos
Our guides all carry waterproof digital cameras so you can enjoy your trip while we capture the memorable moments; we will send you a link so you can download the pictures.
Meals
All meals as outlined in the itinerary. Feel free to bring your own snacks.

Arrive, Settle & Set Intentions
We meet at the woodland Base Camp just outside Dartmouth any time after 4pm on Friday. Once settled in, join us for a vinyasa yoga flow. The session will end with a rejuvenating gong bath ,setting positive and peaceful intentions for the weekend ahead.

16:00 - 14:30 : Arrival

17:30 - 19:00 : Yoga + Gong Bath

19:00 - 20:00 : Dinner

Explore the Coast
After a hearty cooked breakfast on Saturday morning, you'll load your kayaks with all your camping gear and head off on a brilliant journey along the coast. We will then set up camp on a beautiful remote beach, eat dinner and chill until sunset.

09:00 - 10:00 : Regroup at the Kayaks

10:00 - 10:45 : Load Kayaks

10:45 - 12:00 : Set off & explore the coast

12:00 - 13:00 : Stop for lunch

13:00 - 15:00 : Explore the coast cont'd

15:00 - 18:00 : Arrive at remote beach, set up tents and rest

18:00 - 19:00 : Dinner

19:00 - 21:00 : Camp fire chill and bedtime

Home Sweet Home
They say all good things must come to an end *cue sad music* After breakfast we will pack up and set off back to base camp where lunch will be served to give you energy for your journey home.

The BGH event has been an anticipated event each year. Its a well organised event with some great women who inspire each other. I understand and appreciate the event and the location (the same for the two years I have attended) is a great eco-location. I will be looking for other sites of its kind for my own camping needs. my only critique would be the hikes, I feel that there should be at least two group hikes, one for intermediate and advanced hikers and another for beginners. The hikes leave you feeling very accomplished but with a number of mixed abilities within the group I think it might be a prudent idea for future hikes. All in all love BGH and I am looking forward to next years, and bonding a great group of women.

Had an amazing time with Alice from BGH and the 11 other ladies that embarked on this Norwegian adventure. Very well organised, well-catered, and knowledgeable guides. I would do this again a heartbeat!
