About your trip

In this evolutionary 200hr Yoga Teacher Training, we’ll teach you how to own your strengths and inspire others by transforming your preconceived “weaknesses” into your greatest gifts. How to find your unique perspective and offering and how to adapt to what is by dropping into the universal flow. We’ll help you take that initial desire, that initial motivation, your WHY, and support your transformation every step of the way. Whether you plan on teaching or not, we’ll give you the tools to truly live and embody joy, fierce love, and peace. To be a yogi.

Each weekend you’ll need to show up fully as your authentic self, ready to receive, learn, be in the space of not knowing, ask questions, be open to challenges and shift your prospective. This will be a full immersion into the holistic practice of yoga, from it’s roots through philosophical and historical discussions, to Ayurvedic and subtle body workshops, sound healing, chanting, ceremony, deep practices designed to take you out of your comfort and towards that open space of liberation. We’ll spend each day exploring the full spectrum of what it means to be a yogi: dropping into self study and inquiry, open dialogues about ethics and how to live your practice, anatomy and alignment labs so you intimately know how to embody the asanas and safely lead others.

Every week we’ll have special workshops integrated into the flow led by Intuitive Vinyasa Flow founder and lead trainer Rachel Wilkins and our crew of inspiring senior guest teachers and healers.
